The IES program at UCF offers a comprehensive, inclusive college experience to adults with intellectual disabilities. Over a two-year period, students can identify their strengths and interests, leading to better employment prospects post-graduation. Our program aims to provide a unique and engaging collegiate experience that includes living on campus, participating in extracurricular activities, and completing internships in the local community.

The primary objective is to equip students with the necessary skills to secure meaningful employment.

The IES program is part of the Toni Jennings Exceptional Education Institute, which supports research and scholarship in exceptional student education for students and educators.
